Drumstick leaves | 1 handful |
Pepper (crushed) | 1 tablespoon |
Crush drumstick leaves with your hand and add 2 glasses of water to it.Boil this along with crushed pepper and reduce it to 1 glass.Filter this decoction and consume it in small quantities (1 tablespoon) frequently in a day.
Ginger | a small piece |
Honey | 1 teaspoon |
Crush Ginger and take the juice.Take the same quantity of Pure Honey,mix it with ginger juice and have it.This has to be repeated 2-3 times a day.If honey is not available you could substitute it with jaggery too.
Gooseberry | 7-8 pieces |
Black Grapes |
Gooseberry juice (Nattu nellikkai neer) 30ml should be extracted. You could use a grinder to make it ( remove seeds, grind and filter the juice).Mix this with black grape or honey and sugar. And this should be taken 2 times a day for 30days.
Bamboo tender leaves | 1 handful |
Crush the leaves and add 6 glasses of water to it. Boil this and reduce to 1/2 glass. Filter this decoction, this should be taken 2 times in a day (1/4 glass each time)
Betel leaf | 7 no |
Crush Betel leaves and extract the juice. 1 teaspoon juice to be given once in a day for 7 days.
Curd | 1 glass |
Fenugreek | 1 teaspoon |
Soak the Fenugreek in curd overnight.The next day,on an empty stomach one should take this fenugreek along with curd.This should be repeated for 15 days.
Banan (ripened) | 1 no |
Gooseberry juice | 1teaspoon |
Turmeric juice or powder | 1 teaspoon |
Sugar | 1 teaspoon |
Honey | 1 teaspoon |
Cut the Banana into small pieces and mix along with all other ingredients and should be taken once daiy for 4-5 days.
